Merry Christmas, everyone! This year, down here in Venezuela, I'm making snow angels in the copious amounts of packing paper littering my apartment -- my stuff has arrived!!! I also got to go to a Venezuelan friend's house last night for Noche Buena, and the family treated me like one of their own, I had so much fun. We ate, sang, danced, exchanged gifts, and watched fireworks at midnight. It was slightly reminiscent of New Year's, except instead of shouting Happy New Year, we shouted Ha Nacido El Nino Jesus! (Baby Jesus is born!).

The other fun thing about Christmas this year has been having THREE Christmas trees! Doesn't quite make up for not being home with the family (love you guys!), but it's still pretty cool.
I'd love your votes for your favorite "Charlie Brown" Christmas tree. Which one do YOU think is the Charlie-Brown-iest? (Go ahead, vote on the side bar :)
The 7-footer plastic tree?
The palm?

Or the plant-your-own-mini-Christmas-tree-in-a-pot that my mom sent me!?
